The sea is an open place with different possibilities. It is a place of rest and movement. Footsteps blown away by the sea breeze. Sea animals wandering peacefully. People walking together and children running in the dunes and finding the treasures of the sea. A place that can produce many different kinds of images.

When you go on vacation you have the peace and time to photograph, and sometimes you can see things you wouldn't notice otherwise. Herewith my series from Bruges.

Carnival is a very special moment with lots of joy and lots of people, but in this series you see more the moments of calm. The silence around what happened. This photo series was made in Aalst and Sea-bruges in 2023.

Cyclo-cross an exciting cycling sport where there is a lot of action, the challenge of capturing speed was a quest.

It started with a school assignment and turned into a search for the beauty in bridges. looking at the shapes and lines, and composing them perfectly. The photographed bridges are spread all over Belgium. It was a fascinating quest and produced a beautiful result.
